Scope. A11y Gate sells digital accessibility toolkits, documentation bundles, and software licenses. All products are delivered electronically.
License. One-time purchases grant a non-transferable, non-redistributable personal license. Subscription licenses grant team access for the number of seats purchased. License keys are tied to the purchasing email and may not be shared beyond licensed seats.
Refunds. We offer a 14-day refund policy for one-time purchases. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; no partial refunds for the current billing period. Refund requests: hello@ellari.institute.
Disclaimer. A11y Gate is an accessibility attestation framework, not legal advice. A passing gate status does not guarantee legal compliance with ADA, EAA, or any other regulation. Always consult a qualified accessibility professional for compliance determinations.
Intellectual property. The A11y Gate schema, CLI, and documentation are the property of ELARRI Institute / Ellari Ventures, LLC. The open-source CLI is licensed under MIT. Premium components are proprietary.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
